Delete your account

No account, nothing to delete

An account is optional. If you browse the map without signing in, we keep no account and no contact details about you. To withdraw your ad consent, tap "Privacy options" in the app.

In the app

1. Open GuideNord and tap "Settings"You need to be signed in with your Google account.
2. Tap "Delete my account"Google asks you to confirm your account.
3. That's itYour contact info and the requests you sent are deleted. If you are a guide, your offers come off the map, then your offers and profile are deleted. Your account is deleted too. This can't be undone.

Without the app

Email contact@kallistesoft.ca from your Google account's address, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account and data (contact info, requests, and for a guide their profile and offers) within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your contact info ("My contact info"): name, email, phone
• The requests you sent to guides
• Guides: your offers (they leave the map) and your profile: name, email, phone, website
• Guides: requests received for your offers are closed and show "Offer removed" to the person who sent them
• Your account: email address and Firebase ID
